Bookyhe uses your account data to make the library available, synchronize active features and protect personal or shared access.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the service, keep the account secure, show available areas, manage plans and requests and improve stability and continuity.
Sharing
Shared libraries, family profiles, classes and the social feed display only information made available through features activated by the user or workspace administrators.
Retention and rights
You can request information, updates, export or deletion of the data linked to your account from the Support page. Deleting the account from your profile deletes the library and its related data; any subscription with automatic renewal is closed before the deletion.
Payments
Payments take place on the Stripe (card) or PayPal pages: Bookyhe does not receive or store card or account details. To manage the purchase we keep the chosen plan, amount, method, dates and payment status, and we pass the account email to the payment service so that the receipt can be sent.
Support and service emails
Requests sent from the Support page are handled in the platform's support system with name, email, the text of the request and, for logged-in users, username and active plan. We only send service emails to the account address: password recovery, purchase confirmations and notices, support replies.
